It's Just Some Random Guy
Here is the gist of it:
A guy makes comedic movies with super hero action figures. Very, very, very funny. Please check them out. Nearly every one of the vids has a 5/5 stars. So far, I think they are all 5/5 myself. In some of the vids are references to movies like The Usual Suspects or tv shows like Lost. Even the Mac/PC commericials. Enjoy!

Story of the good samaritan: "Video shows bystanders ignoring hit-and-run victim"-AP
.....
HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) -- A 78-year-old man is tossed like a rag doll by a hit-and-run driver and lies motionless on a busy city street as car after car goes by. Pedestrians gawk but do nothing. One driver stops briefly but then pulls back into traffic. A man on a scooter slowly circles the victim before zipping away....

Feeding My Friends
Most that know me know that I am an early adopter (except for blogs of course). If there is an open beta, I'm there. But lately, I have had 2.0 fatigue.
Then I REALLY got into twitter. 'Even got a friend of mine into twitter (I'm the evangelist type). Then Twitter started going down this last week. Finally I heeded some geek advice: I tried FriendFeed, basically an Aggragator for all of my (and my friends') 2.0 apps.
Now, I have read blogs talking about Friend Feed this and FF that, but I guess it is just one of those things you have to try for yourself. Heck, I liked it so much I embedded it on my blog. Just scroll down.

Otterpops vs. Fla-Vor-Ice
Over the last few summers, one snack has triumphed over all as my fave. The infamous Otter-Pop.
In the market, I have seen a competitor: Fla-Vor-Ice. I wondered...which was better?
Check out this website to find out and make sure to read to the end for a great punchline.

What my blog has become; Dark circles under the eyes: What causes them? - MayoClinic.com
'Guess it is fitting with the subheading of this page.
Never one to disappoint, I noticed in the mirror dark circles under my eyes. Rather than look up the wives tale explanation with its home remedy of vegetables or peanut butter (you get the idea), I searched for a real explanation. Here is what I found.

Quiz candidates on science
Now, I do not claim to be the all-knowing science guru. I do not claim to have a complete grasp on all of the basic scientific concepts (I blame public school and my lack of drive in high school), but I have been playing catchup. I regularly read up on science and the latest discoveries (thank God for Viigo and RSS feeds). However, I am not running for President of the United States (yet).
My point: I am pretty sure that the presidential candidates lack the scientific knowledge to have such a debate. My guess is that they'll do what candidates do in any political debate: cater to the popular voice of the times. What do you think? Do the candidates have the scientific knowledge to govern this nation in a scientifically positive way?
